Mr M Ragbir Mr M Ragbir
 
Mr Ragbir was schooled in Trinidad and Tobago and graduated from Medicine at the University of the West Indies.
His post-graduate training has been in the United Kingdom, working in Swansea, Exeter and Newcastle. He spent three years in Trinidad where he worked as a Consultant before returning to Newcastle.
His main interests are in Head and Neck Oncology, Facial Palsy, Sarcoma Surgery and Microsurgery.

Professor William Ignace Wei is Professor at the Department of Surgery, University of Hong Kong Medical Centre, Queen Mary Hospital, Hong Kong, and he holds the Li Shu Pui chair in Otorhinolaryngology. He is also Chief of Service, Department of ENT, Queen Mary Hospital, Hong Kong SAR, China.
After graduation with MBBS from The University of Hong Kong in 1974 he then obtained his FRCSE in general surgery in 1979, followed by FACS in 1984 and FRCSE in otorhinolaryngology in 1986. He completed his Master of Surgery at The University of Hong Kong in 1991. He was elected Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2000 and Honorary Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2004.
His main clinical interests are in head and neck surgery especially in nasopharyngeal, laryngeal and hypopharyngeal cancer, and microvascular reconstruction after ablative surgery. He is active in his clinical research pursuits, and holds membership of 19 academic societies as well as serves on the editorial board of 16 academic journals. He was the founding and president of the Hong Kong College of Otorhinolaryngologists.
To date, Professor Wei has authored more than 25 book chapters and 255 publications in peer-reviewed journals, covering a wide range of Head Neck Surgery topics. He has also given more than 240 invited lectures in different countries, including the Eugene Myers International Lecture (1994), the Hayes Martin Lecture (2001) and the Helmuth Goepfert Lecture (2007).He was one of the six faculty members of the World Tour educational event organised by the International Federation of Head and Neck Oncology Societies.(2008)
